If I could trade my hobbies for a stack of hundred-dollar bills a mile high, would I? Maybe. But honestly, my hobbies have been my lifesavers. When life gets tough, they’ve always been there to pull me through.

Over the years, I’ve dabbled in a bunch of stuff: rocketry, RC cars, model trains, model cars, photography, home theater, car audio, woodworking, smart home automation, gun collecting, and even customizing my GM rides. But living in an RV forced me to rethink my hobbies.

Now, I’m into HAM radio, 3D printing (and designing the 3D models), and flying my DJI drones. Recently, I’ve been obsessed with overlanding, which basically means modifying your vehicle to explore remote, off-the-beaten-path places. The best part? Overlanding lets me combine a lot of my other hobbies into one big adventure!
